Update Super Metroid setup tutorial (#188)

* Update Super Metroid setup tutorial

Setup no longer requires Super Metroid Client, and in fact it gives you an error if you use it. Removed references to it and updated step 5 in the snes9x Multitroid and Bizhawk sections.
