* Finally get PyCharm to not auto-format my commits, randomly inserting the newlines

* Settings: disable saving and gui during tests

* Tests: create a fresh host.yaml for TestHostYAML

Now that host.yaml is .gitignored, testing the local host.yaml makes no sense anymore
